    Squatting with PIP in quads

    Yeah I know I timed it wrong.. Trying to squat now and it fucking hurts..

    Virgin muscle too, vastus lateralis (first cycle).

    But how many of you squat with PIP in quads? I tried chest with shoulder pip and not so bad. But quads - the pain radiates the whole body when you get the pump

    Sometimes it's just going to happen. It goes away once the blood is flowing. I typically will hit the eliptical and exercise bike for 5 minutes each which helps. Then, I will start my squats etc. Start light and work thru the pain and it goes away. I had NASTY PIP from T.N.E. in my quad this week and hit legs. After my 3rd or so set of squats the PIP was gone.

    I don't know wat too say that hasn't been said here lately.Seems like there's been a lot of threads on pip lately.Wat you new guys gettin soft or wat? But all BS aside I don't do quads for that reason.After I was woken up one nite hrs after painless injection with a lot of pain cured me of that.NO ONE WAKES ME UP! so I don't do quads.

    Gluten are the easiest but I've got so much scar tissue that I need to give them a rest. I usually will hit quads and shoulders. I think the newer generation is def. getting soft. HAHA

    After all, when Trump won the elections colleges had to have grief counseling. haha

    I won't work a muscle for at least 2 days after a pin. Just my way of doing it but trying to avoid excessive damage to the muscle. You just poked a hole in it so now let's go rip on it some.

    It happens dude. You could try cutting your injections with some sterile oil or another oil if thats your cycle plan. Or just timing your injections may resolve the issue. Or messaging the site post injection. Or suck-it-up...lol.

    Whoa brother, you're a better man than me. When I got virgin muscle PIP in my quads, I just curled up and cried like a little girl. LOL

    Looks like some work through the pain and some avoid it..

    I think I will try to avoid quads next time. Limping around at work does not look good!

    A shame though, quad injections are the best spot because can use both hands and see everything...

    Finished this vial and switching gear to another brand. This UGL apparently uses MCT oil so maybe that will sit smoother in the muscle.

    My primary injection spot are my glutes. I've gotten my butt kicked so many times they're practically numb.
