My question is, which is more perfered for sust 250. 1ml every 3 days or 1 ml every other day?

Also if I do 1ml every 3 days how much mg of test is that a week?

More prefered is up to the user. Sus is fine to take twice a week. But because of the short ester i like eod.

Thats up to you. Most prefer 2Xs/wk injections but you have to plan according to your cycle.

E3D injections would vary...1st wk would be 750mg...2nd 500mg...3rd...500mg...and then the cycle would start over again with 750mg.

It avg out to between 580-585mg/wk.

Also read that the first week doesn't really count because only the test prop and phenylprop are the only ones released into the body. Which is roughly 160-180mgs the first week. Not sure how correct this is, just a page I seen on cycling with test sust

Yes I understand what esters are, they are whats bind to test which release the test at different times. Which in sust it has 4 different esters and the long esters release 2 weeks after the first pin. And only the short 30mg and 60mg esters are actually in your body after a couple of day of the pin. Which means a rough est of 160-180 depending on how many pins you do that first week. Maybe that cleared up what I've read.

Ok, thanks for the help. Still a little confused on how many mg of test is actually in a body when doing different pin times from 2x times a week or every 3 days. Thats what im actually wanting to know. And which is more preferred with best results.

1) How much test wkly if you pin every Monday 1ml and Thursday 1ml ? I think the answer to this is 500mg/wkly but still not sure about the first couple of week because only short esters be in your body till the long esters enter.

It depends what esters are in your sust. Generally speaking most Sustanon is a composition of 30mg/ test prop, 60mmg/tpp, 100mgmg/test iso, and 100mg/test deca . But like I previously mention not all are the same.

The sustanon 250 mg I have has 4 esters 30mg test propionate , 60mg phenyl propionate 60mg test isocaproate and 100mg test deconate one fast two medium and one long ester.

i roughly estimated that the first week with 2 pins, it will only release 120mg of test into a body.

Now after the longer esters release it gets cloudy for me to estimate the amount of test being released due to the short esters being mixed in with the longer esters that were injected in previous weeks...

This is why i asked if anyone has done the math so i can know what the difference between 2 pins a week vs every 3 day pins...

There's different ones out there. Make sure you get the version that calculates blood levels over time.
