Thread: Safe to start another cycle? TOTAL SHUT DOWN???

  1. #1

Bad blood work after last cycle. Need Help !!

Hello everyone! I would like some advice on my next cycle. I blasted and cruised on testosterone and tren for 3 years straight. For personal reasons, I had to come off gear completely. I have never used PCT. I came off gear cold turkey 8 months ago without the option of using PCT. I have felt like complete dogshit for this entire time and am finally in a position where I can start using gear again and I will never have to come off again. I intend to blast and cruise for life. I got a complete lab work done a week ago and just got the results back. Needless to say I am completely shocked! It appears I have completely shut down. My body is producing almost no testosterone, estrogen, cortisol, or sperm. I have honestly never seen blood work this bad before. Take a look for yourself and tell me what you think I should do... I was hoping some more experienced guys can tell me what all this means and what the best way to approach this is...

3 years on test and tren? Nobody can recover from that. Ofcourse you have no sperm or estrogen. I guess your shutdown is permanent.

Meaning, u need trt for the rest of your life. But hey, thats ok. Then u dont have to worry about shutdwon if u wanna cycle more.
But what u did is insane so now you have to do hard time. There is no other choice. U need to find your self an endo or trtdoc who wants to help you. If they say no, u most move on to the next.

You should also check other vital things. Like lipids and TBC. And BP and heart beat at rest. If your BP is elevated, your crazy cycling migth have permanently damaged your cardiatic system and you need to take care of that also.

Your kidneys and liver should be fine, but u must check those values too.

    Yo kel??....what else?

Welcome to the forum. I'd be interested to see how your recovery goes. I wouldn't worry about doing another cycle right now. Your first order of business should be to get back to a healthy base. Go find a good endo and get some help. You shouldn't be self medicating at this point.

My vitals have been unremarkable since coming off gear. Blood pressure is in the 110s over 60. I've always had a low resting heart rate. I've never done orals. Never then an anti E either lol My liver enzymes were fine. Everything else appears to be fine but my main question is it common to have no test, no estrogen, and no cortisol?

You have a couple of options. You could do a Google search for Power PCT by Michael Scally and see if you think that protocol is an option for you. It seems to be the best at restarting the HPTA than any other program. I personally have not used it but know a few who have and did well on it. The second option would be go see a doctor about TRT. I've been on TRT for 24 years and it's not all that bad. I personally would attempt a restart first before doing TRT. But DO NOT do another cycle at this time. Get your levels figured out first. Best of luck man.
