    Aromatase inhibitor question

Was reading Planning and executing first cycle. Question is the aromatase inhibitor something that you will be taking definitely or it's certain individuals? Is that taken orally or injected?

Yes you take it as set out in the plan. Not worth risking without.

I would suggest a small dose AI during your entire cycle to avoid any problems and make things go as smooth as possible.

Thanks for input everyone. I'm a long way from doing my first cycle. Just trying to gather some info that would help down the line.

AI's are really hard on your cholesterol levels. Makes it shoot Way up. I've always used 10-20mg a day of Nolvadex which is a SERM and never needed an AI but I do have some Arimidex on hand just in case.
