im want to start injecting deca.my question is...do i need to inject the muscle group im working out.....or can i inject in a convient and accessable location and will, it disperse through out my body?..and the same about test?.........thanks inadvance

if im working legs I never inject legs that day or after lmfao , I stay away from muscles im working out that day of injection

The best place to inject every time is in your pee hole bro. Serious gains for real.
If you have never injected you should not be starting with Deca.
