how to fix inc fat deposit chest
I just started TRT after new year. I wasn't taking the Anastrozole in the first few weeks, then I started with 1/2 mg EOD. My e2 (sensitive) was in the low end of the range. Now I notice what I think is an increase in fat in my tits. I'm not sure because when I went through puberty I had a little of this and it never fully went away. I'm taking the anastrozole now 1/2mg ED. Is there something else I can add? Obviously, not stopping TRT, maybe I'll get an operation in a year or two.

Are you talking gyno or just fat in general throughout the chest?

Make your pecs bigger to distribute the fat and stretch the skin, the other option involves surgery.

Yeah, I'm on HCG , T-Cyp, Anastrozole, Sermorellin (pharma), Glutathione, B12 (discontinued), Arginine 5g/day, and I threw in Ipam to take w/ the Sermorellin

Your pics looks the very same way my chest does... I rather suggest you either lower or drop HCG altogether.

Ok.
A fertility/endo told me his patients prefer 1) Test over 2) test w/ Hcg over 3) HCG monotherapy. And, he can just restart me with HCG when its time. So that sounds good.
I'm just worried about the aesthetics-shrinkage.
Before I up the anastrozole, I'll stop the hcg.
Wierd thing: I don't get as much abdominal as others, instead it spread all over plus a little more in my hips and thighs. I've lost a little weight and visibly gained muscle but my damn jeans don't fit any better.Last edited by Quester; 02-19-2017 at 01:33 PM.

Quester, looking alright man. Question - do the men in your family have fattier chests as well? Kind of runs in my family & I am in the same boat as you.
When I dropped significant fat percentages, the chest fat came off at super-slow rates as compared to everything else.
Me personally, would love spending major $ for plastic surgery as we've got some Beverly Hills docs out here that specialize in guys physiques - but the costs are insane.
Keep hitting your pecs from all angles, keep your bf as low as you can go reasonably. And something else I've caught myself doing, which I'm working on - is that I let my pecs stay too relaxed at rest, that is I have to remember to keep them tighter, almost flexed. But that's just me. Good luck!

I get that same issue with holding fat in that areas between the arm pits and lower chest areas..I'm just focusing on my lower chest first and middle and upper after. And dropping bf.
It's weird I hold fat in that area and around my rear /lower back spinal erector area and side love handles. But honestly after dropping 6lbs in the last week from keto ..the love handles which were totally killing my V taper ..well they are almost completely gone. It's weird. Everywhere else seems to be pretty lean though alwaysLast edited by Marsoc; 02-19-2017 at 01:43 PM.

What dose are you running? Just try to lower it first. Myself I can't stand even 100IU but perhaps it might work for you, and it's better than nothing at all.
Of course you should also try to keep %bf as low as possible, heck I still had more fat there than most even in the single digits.

I don't think you look too bad though brother it's not that severe at all. Just drop your bf and blow that chest up

Yes, the men in my family do tend that way on both sides of the fam.
Thanks, will do!
Marsoc,
Me too. I guess I'll have to put more attention into my pec workout.
Thanks Brother!
Bizzarro,
I'm leaning toward cutting the HCG . If my balls shrink so bad that it is a problem, I can address it then. Like you say, I'll probably retain more fat in that area than others. I'll just have to work on it, applying what you guys are telling me and be happy. Maybe in the future I'll consider an operation but for now, I guess I'mm alright and I have other techniques (chest workout and bf% loss) to do.
Thanks!Last edited by Quester; 02-19-2017 at 01:59 PM.

It's just fat, no gyno.
Had it since childhood, was an overweight kid and went almost obese during teens and was much worse, at 23 managed to lose about 35 Kg (75lbs) and finally I had a manly-looking chest, it's only recently that weight went out of control and gained about 15 lbs, with half of those being on my damn chest.

Well. Congrats on the large weight loss.
I was in same boat as well, I know how it is to live in a body you hate.
All my life I was easily 130 lbs over weight (5'6" 255-260 lbs) I lost a good 130lbs a few years back.
What caused the 15lb gain recently? Was it just getting back into old habits?

I hear what you say, the shape it's always been that way unfortunately and these later days I noticed even more water retention and that makes it look even worse.
Nope I've never cycled, though I do like to experiment with various compounds, most of the damage happened last month (+10lbs), I've been eating in excess of 1000-2000Kc daily so now I got to pay the price for it.
That's it, no mystery really, it's entirely my own fault.

Since there is no way to decrease body fat from a specific area alone, and u got a problem (in ur opinion) in 1 area only, then you are a good candidate for gyno surgery (liposuction). Surgery is not a weight loss technique, it is there for people to "fix" a specific area in their body that doesn't not match the size of other areas ...
