Help planing first summer cut
Looking for some help planning first summer cut
Stats:
Weight 222
Height 5'10
Body Fat Percentage 11.1
Carrying Fat 24.6 lbs
Lean Body Mass 197 lbs
TDEE 2960
Cutting Calories 600 deficit
Proteins- 296 grams
Carbs- 114 grams
Fats-80 grams
I am need help planning on how long i should do the cut for and also what i should use for my first cycle since i haunt done it before any info appreciated.

Any previous cycle history? Age? Do have a cardio routine? What is your goal weight?.....at 5'10" 222lbs at 11%....thats good amount of muscle mass on a small frame.

I havnt done a cycle before that is why i wanted to get input before i go all out buying all the shit. i am also 21 and run 1.5-2 miles before every lifting session and i am looking to get down to 8 percent since i hacnt done a cut before and would like to see just how low i could get. my body could vary a little i bought a 15 dollar tool from gnc to try and figure it out lol

IMO you don't need to cycle to cut with your frame and I echo some of the above in saying that 21 is still a little young. I good clean diet and a regimented cardio routine will get you there.
