-All of these guys must have used various forms of the ADIM (abdominal drawing-in maneuver). It be done prone, and while exercising (including doing other ab exercises). The focus is on maintaining tone in the TRA (transverse abdominus), therefore, they can't gorge when they eat and drink nor let their stomachs poke out when sitting or standing. Kind of like what drunk, wife-beater wearing dudes do or others do after eating wings and drinking draft beer e.g. a beer belly.
-Essentially, the earlier distended guts show poor TRA strength. Since its called body building, neglect of the TRA is a contradiction.
-I have no idea how those guys can fix their stomachs because their also IGF enhanced. After distending their stomachs through gorging (and laziness) IGF use exacerbated the problem by growing their intestines to increase surface area for more absorption.
-You will not find the words "muscle gut," together in an anatomy textbook.

Too much bullshit propaganda and not enough truth
The thing is as long as their competing they can't come out and say it especially the guys in the states where it's illegal - afterwards is when we'll find out how much gear they needed...

I like Dexter the Blade but he's one arrogant MFer I saw him in Yoruba arva sushi place and was basically sending everything back saying it was too salty etc - wtf he sounded like a pompous prick! He does look good and stays lean yr round so I'd think he's more on the higher side of GH and 'lower' doses of AAS especially compared to BL!

It's exercises, posture, and not overeating. If, as a kid, you maintained a "suck-in-that-stomach-soldier(!)" look, you wouldn't have to do the exercises. Its a synergystic relationship: don't eat to much-it'll push your stomach out thereby stretching your TRA, keeping your "belly sucked-in" will keep the muscle strong, not doing IGF when eating a lot (and maybe not doing high amounts)-keep you from looking like you've got a tumor. If you haven't been doing this from birth, be cognizant of it now and also do the exercises.

Exactly. This tool has 98,000 people following him. Most of whom probably do think he's a guru.

He can retire and do another job... selling supplement, running a gym... no drug that's fine!

Cool story... he will probably be on a waiting list for a kidney someone less dumb could have gotten though. By someone less dumb I mean someone that didn't knowingly destroy them. You would not believe the number of ifbb guys thet dodn't make it to 35 before needing a kidney. This forum is a beacon of light in that darkness. Many people have been educated on why so many of these guys are dropping dead at 40. You cannot run cycles like this and live to an old age.

O right on. I wasn't sure if it was like how some people can make their stomach move like "waves" or if anyone can do it. I'm able To vacuumed my stomach and deepen the line running down the middle and stuff

Bostin bores me. People act like he's done something amazing when he's really just been stupid. No doubt many young guys are going to have some serious health issues following this douche nozzle.
