Is there any data or study out there that shows to what extent putting on an extra 10 - 25 pounds, increasing your endurance through crossfit or doing powerlifting increases your natural testosterone production?
I'm guessing most studies conducted were done on subjects that had little to no prior workout experience like alot of clinical studies
They say that MMA fighters have a natural testosterone level of 600 compared to the average guy at 350, so apparently crossfit type of workout and repeated exposure to pain doubles your testosterone levels without any drugs... apparently
I'd like to see some experience and testimonials from other members
Oh and power lifting results would be appreciated as well
