    [QUOTE=Capebuffalo;7267626]Yes. Test only first cycle.

My First Cycle: Planning and Executing a Successful First Cycle

I've memorized that forum lol. Thanks, I will do test only. It recommends hog, what is your opinion on that? I was kind of only wanting to do the 2 shots a week, not 4. Anyone do a test cycle with no hcg ? I got the arimidex and PCT already, just don't know if I can afford the hug....I guess can wait until I can afford it to start.

You got got to hit the diet section bro learn how too eat and beef up a bit. This will only help you when you are ready to cycle. You don't want to be one of those knob heads who gains 30 to 40lbs on a cycle then loses it.

Really thicken up and strengthen your connective tissue before trying a cycle. I'd supplement with some Creatine Mono or HCL to add strength and size.
I am 58 and I just ran the 5x5 for 4 weeks.Yes it was a bitach but it helped.

Read the link below and stop the flaming (no pun intended) and arguing with staff.

There is a difference between posing a photo of your physique and posting a photo of you cross dressing.

One photo furthers the conversation, the other is superfluous.

Before you playing the homophobic card you should know that many of us have gay friends and colleagues whom we hold in high regard.

It was a foolish cycle by today's standards, simply by how long it was.
But judging by the results I got from test only for the first months I'd agree nothing else was needed. When I included the winstrol I had stayed on long enough that it would normally have been my second or third cycle.

Test, by itself is a monster for adding on strength and mass.

I just got back on the 5x5 too after I hit a plateau on most of my lifts and growth at the same time. I'm on week 3 of it and have blasted through the plateau. I still leave room after hitting the muscle group of the day at 5x5 for a few sets of pump inducing movements. It's hard to get away from the bodybuilding mentality.

At 58, how are your joints holding up with the routine?

You can cycle, it's just that when most of us on here see someone that's lean it's assumed that they haven't spent time in the gym and physically aren't ready. Having muscle will definatley help with fat loss, plus increasing your metabolism. I'd be prepared to start eating more than 1,700cals a day or your mind is going to constantly be on food all day. Hell I'm at 3600 cals per day and I'm still hungry.

There is also a good thread about why to run HCG while on cycle vs the old school blast method as PCT. It makes sense. HCG is administered SubQ so it's just a tiny stin pin in the fat of your stomach, you really don't even feel it.

I am gonna read the forum on how to bulk. I don't want to get huge. I want to gain muscle, stay lean just in a body fat way not skinny, and add strength. I can afford stuff I just have to wait and buy it in 2 separate deals then start my cycle when I have it all. Thanks for your input, I do lift though, 5-6 days a week, was just in a weight loss program cause I was chubby and lost 46 pounds in a year. Now I'm thin enough I can start bulking the RIGHT way I am a big HS kid lol

Spot reduction is doing exercising specific muscles in order to reduce fat in those areas-it doesn't work. This has been proven so long ago that no one will provide you with evidence.
Fat is deposited and lost according to factors which are decided before your old enough to go to the gym. Diest is the only way to reduce fat and it cannot be targeted to specific areas of the body.
However, gaining muscle without losing fat can lead to differences in the appearance of fat i.e. a two guys (all else equal) with the same bf% but different amounts of muscle have a different look.
