The anavar half life's about 9 hrs so you can take it once in the AM and once in the PM and you should be fine.

Yeah I wouldn't worry too much about splitting it anymore than twice per day. What else are you taking? I got back pumps from 80mg Anavar daily.

No broblem with back pumps. I am doing only anavar it's my first round of any type of roid.
It's working very well, I have lost 3% body fat and added 2.3kg of muscle in 3 weeks
I'm training 3 times a week alternating from (upper,legs,upper) then next week (legs,upper,legs)
My trainer is into body sculpting and knows his stuff. If I was training on my own I would not get such results
Today's session was mixed pecs, shoulders, legs
Military press with bar 40kg 3x6 reps
Seated press with Dumbbells 12.5kg 3x12reps
Flys 7kg Dumbbells 3x25 reps oh the fucking burn on this was crazy
Hamstring 20kg each leg 3x6 reps
Dead lifts 65kg 3x12 reps
Kettle bell swing 24kg 3x25 reps

187cm tall
Currently 99kg so I'm 10kg over weight
Goal is to get lean muscle not planning on getting massive. Just looking cut and lean
No testosterone but my body is working fine sex drive is still very high. The wife is not safe LOL
And yes I do have a PCT ready to go. Planning 25more days on 80mg anavar

You'll get good results. I prefer it all at once, but that's just my preference. I like the compound working at full strength all at once. I take it a couple hours or more before workout. Gives me a mental edge

To answer the question in the title; the best way to take anavar is with test.

People always claim levels will be more stable with multiple doses, but when you do the math there is not much difference. Take it all at once its much easier. With a 9 hour half life your only on the 3rd half life if you take doses 24 hours apart. Its been a while since I did the math and the difference was less than 5mg in the blood stream.
