Blood Work Results and Questions

I recently got some bloodwork redone to check my E2 levels that were sky high at around 65 pg/Ml at the 9-10 week mark of a 16 week cycle. (range 8-35 pg/ML)

I got my "Estradiol, sensitive" down to within range at 31.6 pg/Ml, but my regular Estradiol is still very high at 84 pg/Ml. What the hell does that even mean, and should I be worried about that now? I wasn't sure if Estradiol, sensitive should be the only thing to worry about.

Can someone also take a look at my ALT/AST levels and let me know if that's unusually high for someone who's been finishing off this 16-wk test cycle with 6 weeks of Var at the end? My scores are: 84- AST and 65-ALT are the highest I've seen them.

Ill do the liver. Mr BB an do the female hormons. He is the expert there.

Your alat is very good. Training can elevate it a bit also. Nothing to worry about. Mine was 250 after dbol but doc said it was nothing to fear. Though he sent me to ultrasound.

A fucked up liver can have an alat at 1000.
Asat is also ok. Asat is a poor livertest and the problem may very well come from other parts.
But again. 84 is nothing to worry about.
Do a test 6 weeks after pct and im 95% sure they are in range. The last 5% is not roidrelated.

Last, elevated liverenzymes do not nec essarily indicate liverdamage. Just an overload sign. Its working harder than normal.

You cant expect to do steroids, specially orals, without your body facing some stress. But like said above, as long as goes back to normal, your liver will recover fine.

Why do you have low ALP? Are you celiac? What other tests have you taken, its frustrating to see just a few values, its like seeing only certain parts of a photograph not being able to see what the hell is about.

Two tests for estradiol? The correct one to use is the sensitive, dont mind the other one.

Sensitive E2 assay is just more accurate than standard, you can notice yourself how remarkable the difference is and how misleading it can be when it comes to AI dosing.

Sorry I didn't provide any other bloodwork up front. No, I don't have celiacs. Not sure what the ALP is low for....

I ordered a CBC/CMP with a female hormone panel. It was the cheapest option that allowed me to retest E2, while checking my liver/kidney values to ensure nothing major was going on. The two estradiol tests were part of the package - I only wanted to test Estradiol, Sensitive.

ALP is alkaline phosphatase. Are you doing some hard diet? Cause low ALP is probably from malnutrition.

I've gotten liver results worse than that. Especially on tren. They always return to normal within 6 weeks. Of course you want to get them check to make sure but at the moment it's nothing to worry about.

I think you pretty much nailed it. I've been on a hard cut for 4 weeks. Going to hit maintenance the last week and cruise into PCT above maintenance in an attempt to hold onto any gains I made.

Malnutrition in regards to what though - micronutrients or overall calorie restriction? I've got a pretty varied diet of lean protein and fibrous greens, with some other micro supplementation to pick up the slack. In regards to energy balance, I'm about 1K below TDEE, if not a little more with the extra lean mass now.

Now I'm lost - I highly doubt that's it. I consume about 250g+ per day at 200lbs and have about 60-90g per day from whey isolate.

Something doesn't add up.
