Blast & Cruise (9 On + 3 Off) question
Hello everybody!
I'm 37 and have been juicing for over 10 years by the normal method (Cycle + PCT), and my wife just got pregnant in the 3rd child (So no worries about future kids).
Now I want to start B&C to avoid the every year's crash so I look good at least 9months every year.
So I was thinking to do the following:
Month 1 - 3 Blast (Test 1g + Deca 500 / Wk)
Month 4 - 6 Cruise (Test Cyp 150-200mg / Wk)
Month 7 - 9 Blast (Test 1g + Deca 500 / Wk) Can adjust doses/compounds
Month 10 - 12 Totally off.
So my question is for month 10 - 12, I just want to give my body a little break, so is it advisable to take PCT OR HCG or Keep it totally off everything?
Any input is appreciated!
Thanks

I wouldn't bother with SERMs as you're entering TRT land.
But hcg is another matter, and I would preferably run that the whole year.

Doc, just for my own knowledge here... what is the benefit of running hcg if you know you will be on trt.

Agree with Kel on 2 things. You may be a candidate for TRT already. Get some baseline BW prior to starting this protocol. Also what has been your cycle experience that makes you want to start with a gram of test?
And as far as HCG on TRT it will help the testicles to continue to produce LH and FSH and remain close to size. If you start HCG when you start your TRT you'll stand a better chance of keeping some testicular function.

Bec, last few years on all my cycles, i've been taking about 750g Test + other compound, so it feels like i can jump it now to 1g of Test since i will already have about 200g in my system constantly... correct me if i am wrong..
Currently i am on 750 Test + 400 tren E (after i took few months off)

So you think its good idea to take HCG in the 3months off, like 500iu/week ?

As 600@50 said,
but I would also include that when you keep the testes functioning,
they produce other hormones than just T.
When going without hcg for too long one can begin to feel a little drained.
But on the flip side, hcg will increase e2 as well.
Overall though I feel hcg acts pretty rejuvenating when I haven't used it for some time. Just feels better.

Well, my point is that ever increasing dosages is not a means to an end. Fine tuning your nutrition and training is a far better idea. Assuming you're a casual lifter (not competing) it's just not worth it in the long run. Keep it simple, stay healthy.
When it comes to HCG , I can only assume you value your testicals. I can't imagine having a body part that I'd be willing to let wither away....

Thank you all for all inputs, but I still didn't get a clear answer on how to take HCG !!
I don't prefer to take it all year round, so when is best times to take it if I will be on
3 months Blast
3 months Cruise
3 months Blast
3 months Rest
Thanks

Why not? Your body needs testosterone all year round.
HCG you can take 250 x2 week the whole year. Cruise and rest should be the same TRT dosage testosterone.
It seems you are nostalgic of losing testicular function, wake up, you are probably already there.

Just did 1yr blast n cruise also. Came off for 12 weeks.
Hcg started after last injection. 250iu everyday for 10 days into pct. Balls got plump in 1 week.
Ran nolvadex for 6 weeks. Then waited 6 weeks to start again.
Dont run hcg every week during cycle. You could permanently mess up your leydig cells. If wanted just hit hcg every 2 months on cycle

Is the 3 months off totally off with a pct then no to the hcg . However if the 3 months off is at a trt dose then yes.

This is not correct advice.
There are two ways leydig cells can become desensitized.
The first is prolonged periods without lh or hcg .
The second is from large amounts of lh or hcg.
Lh is used by the body for more than just test production.
Lh is essential to keep hormonal pathways functioning, e.g. cholesterol to pregnenolone and the precursors for DHEA.
This is why a good physician will prescribe hcg along with test for a TRT program.
