This is horrible beginner cycle.

The advice above is outdated by almost a decade.

A ton of incorrect information in there I hope no newbs are taking this seriously. Pct start time is off, pct is too weak, no mention of hcg . Test only is best for first cycle. The ai should be used on cycle not nolvadex as it does nothing to address the elevated estrogen level just competes with the receptors. This write up isn't good enough to be toilette paper.
