Maximum gain on bulk cycle
So I'm 2/3 into my test e 600mg week and anadrol 75 day cycle. I pulsed drol 10 on 10 off. Now completely dropped it.
Started at 182-184 lbs and now I'm 204-206 lbs. gained some fat around midsection and pretty sure some water too. Diet is clean 7-8 meals day.
Thing is I stopped gaining for 3 weeks already and I still have 1vial test to go. Eating more clean food is nearly impossible.
Is there a limit that your body stops growing during one cycle or can I somehow brak plateau and and get to let's say 210 lbs?

You can't continue to gain without upping calories. How many calories per day are you eating now?

Meal 1: 6am 10 egg whites, 80gr oatmeal, I plain beagle
Meal 2: 9am 7oz chicken beast 1 grapefruit
Meal 3: 11:30am ground chicken mixed with brown rice, 8oz sweet potatoes
Meal 4: 2pm 7oz chicken breast
Meal 5: 4pm 7oz salmon or tilapia, 8 oz brown rice
Meal 6: PWO 2 scoops whey, 1 plain beagle
Meal 7: 8:30 pm 8oz steak
Meal 8: 10pm 6 oz fish or cottage cheese.
I know I didn't include macros but I think I'm overkilling with protein.
Roughly I think 4000cals

Do you know your TDEE? And the break down of carbs/protein/fat. You'll get more help in the diet section I'll head over there.

I work out 4 times a week
Monday chest bicep
Wednesday shoulders traps
Friday back tricep
Saturday legs
Doing lots of compound workouts. 4 sets 6-10 reps.
For example:
Chest day barbel press, incline, decline, cable fly, machine fly
Bicep: barbell curl, dumbel curl, hummer curl preacher.
And a mix workouts every other week

IMO you need to increase carbs during bulk.

Im with charger. I think your protein needs to be decreased and carbs and fats increased but can't be sure until your macros are posted.

Protein 399g
Carbs 290g
Fats 84g
Total calories 3845

Switch your protein and carb amounts around and add another 100g carbs. Even then your protein is on the high side.
Your macro's total around 3500cals not over 3800.

plus its easier to eat carbs vs more protein.

I read some where Jay Cutler use to get up like 2AM and eat Orange Ruffy too get all his macros in.
