    Suplements

I was recently talking about supplements and I figured it was time to see what others use for supplements. Specifically, if they mix it up while bulking, cutting, and off cycle.

Beta alanine- I never used this. Will do more research
ECA stack- in the US there are issues with the euphedrine so I feel that it is just a gimmick ( in US). I could be wrong.
I am surprised no fish oil' bcaa, or taurine on cycle.

I have recently stopped taking creatine ( within last year). Endo was adamant that I should not take it. I do not really see results with creatine while using AAS. This is my bro science. Please shoot holes in it if you disagree.

Totally forgot bcaa, yes i use bcaa's not fish oil though ... i use bronkaid for the ephedrine I'm in the US too its not like using straight up ephedrine but it works plus the bronkiad actually helps me with my cardio like a lot

Creatine on cycle, this is something I'm starting to wonder myself if its necessary or even effective, I'm only on my 2nd week of my first cycle, i have however been lifting and playing sports since i was a kid, started taking creatine at like 15 years old I'm close to 33 now. There have been times where i couldn't use it like in basic training and i can definitely tell the difference, when I'm taking the creatine fuller muscles better pumps for sure, now on cycle honestly i think I'll remove it from my supplementation until maybe the last week

Beta alanine i really like here's some info on it https://examine.com/supplements/beta-alanine/

No wonder you're so HUGE doc! LOL Man, I thought taking a multi-vitamin and BCAA with my protein was enough. I'm headed to GNC.

Biz, keep an eye on iron levels.
Most men need to avoid iron, not supplement it.

Taurine is neuroactive, but I don't notice 5g.

My levels are still in the gutter after three year of supplementation, in January ferritin was 30 (borderline) and serum Iron 32, bottom of range is 60.

Taurine... yes we already know I have "vulnerabilities" there.
