    Gyno-outdated threads

    So much confusing info.

3rd week of test e 600, npp 600...small flare up in gyno on left boob. Just behind the nipple. Running adex 1mg e3d.

Should I zap gyno with letro and switch to nolva or skip letro?

E2 blood work this morning. Should have results tonight.

    Thanks

If you have elevated e2 then you need to increase your AI dose along with taking 20mg/d of nolva.

Continue using nolva until the lump subsides.

All the studies that suggest nolvadex reduces the circulating plasma levels of AIs have been conducted on postmenopausal women with breast cancer.

So my changes would be bump adex to 1mg eod, nolva 20mg ed until lump is gone, and then discard nolva?

good to know, I've ran them together before I just remembered hearing that. I'm guessing there probably isn't many studies that are on men.
