Here is my cycle:

Week 1-8 sust 250 @500mg a week
Week 6-9 Nolvadex
Week 11 Clomid 300 day one, 100 mg @10 days, 50mg @ 10 days (21 days of Clomid Therapy).

My Question is do I need to run the Proviron throughout the cycle and do I need to use the nolvadex or should I keep it on hand just incase. I am 5'8, I weigh 182 with about a 9 or 10% bodyfat.

I am assuming this is your first cycle b/c of test only.

you should have it on hand, but i dont think you would need it at that dosage.

why are you running nolvadex at 6-9,? No such need to run an anti-e after you run the test, you run it durring

Test only is good bro. I would extend it to 10wks though and also run your sust 250mg E3D. This will allow you to utilize the prop without going to high on dosage for a first. I think you'll find these to be feasible modifications.

Run your nolva @ 20mg for the entire cycle including clomid therapy.

Lastly, could I get away with not using the nolvadex all the way through and just keep it just in case side effects do occur???

I'd go the 10 weeks like this

Week 1-10 500mg sust (250mg every 3 days)
Week 1-10 20mg nolva ED
Week 12 or 13 (can't remember) clomid 300mg first day, 100mg ten days, 50mg ten days also run 20mg nolva during this time ED.

But if I was to run the sust at 500mg a week for ten weeks would I need to run the nolvadex all the way through or could I jst get it just in case. Because if i am not gonna need it I dont want to waste the money to buy it

Better safe than sorry bro. Run all the way through. YOu'd have to buy enough to have for a whole cycle anyway in case symptoms of gyno showed up early. Nolva will in addition to preventing estrogenic sides, will also help in keeping bloat and blood pressure down

You could have it just in case. By either running nolv or ldex all the way through, youll keep your bloat down, bp down, and estrogenic sides to a minimum.

I understand completely, thanks for the help guys. I am gonna run it all the way through to be on the safe side but I am gonna keep the sust at 500 per week. Thanks agian you guys were a great help
