Dang dude! Your lipids look better than mine, and I take statins and supplements galore! It's good to see your concern, but you're going to be good with just supplementation. Krill oil, vitamin E, I like CoQ10, and you should be good. Nature Valley has a product called Cholester-off that really has been awesome for me, when taken with CoQ10. Lipids are of utmost importance to us on or off cycle. With as much as we eat, we need to stay on top of it all year.

None whatsoever. But I really advise using CoQ10 with it. I've havmd blood work both ways and it seems to be better with it. Which it could be that it was later down the road after taking both. I get blood work way more than most, lol. 6 times a year. That's good, and bad.

I'm the same with BW. My doc gives me scripts ahead of time so I can fill out myself what I want tested. Have you done an advanced particle test for chol in the past? VAP or NMR? They're quite revealing. One was recently discontinued by Labcorp, can't remember which at the moment.

I did but it's been about 2 years. I went through a scary spell with blood work and I got probed and prodded seemed like for months. It's been a while since I had detailed work done. Usually just a CBC, lipid, liver, etc. The basic. I just had a nerve conduction study and I'll never ever, under any circumstances have that done again.
