    Size/strength off cycle

What are your experiences with what you've kept in terms of size/strength between cycles? Let's base it off an 18 week break before you cycle again.

First couple of blasts I gained quite a bit. Being I'm on TRT, I feel had an easier time with maintaining. I've never been one to measure results by figuring out how much I lost. If you eat/train to the size of person you are, you'll keep everything. If you revert to eating to the size you were before blasting, you'll revert to what you were.

It's going to depend on how advanced in your career you are.
An elite level lifter (be it bodybuilder, powerlifter, strongman, etc...) can easily lose gains between cycles.
A beginner can easily continue to gain.
I myself mostly maintain between cycles. Maybe I lose about 0-5% on my lifts.

My cycles before I added HGH, I could definitely tell the drop off in strength. Size? Depends on my diet at the time. When I started HGH, many years ago, I found that I could keep a lot more of my strength and my endurance was just amazing. HGH, good stuff.

Bottom line though...if one gains a good or great amount of mass and strength etc..after one stops his cycles considering they don't mess up their natural system, and considering their diet and training is adequate and genetics are decent then what will be the average percentage of mass /strength that can be kept. (No hgh afterwords)

From personal experience I have been able to keep most of the size gains and maybe half of the strength gains. I don't train for size. I train as a powerlifter. My size gains can be 10 lbs but I can put 60 lbs on the bench. After 6 months I've kept 25-30 lbs on the lift. I can gain a bunch of water weight if I don't watch my diet on a cycle.
