Weeks 1-12 test E @ 250 every 3rd day (Mon,Thurs,Sun,Wed,Sat and so on)

Weeks 1-10 Decca @150mg every 3rd day (same as test)

Weeks 1-12 proviron @50 mg everyday.

Weeks 8-12 winny @75 mg everyday.

Weeks 12-14 hcg @ 350 ius a day

Weeks 14-18 nolvadex 40/40/20/20
Weeks 14-18 clomid 100/100/50/50
Weeks 14-18 0.5 mg arimidex every other day.

This is gonna be great. Does it look good bromigos?

Don't use armidex during pct. Hcg throughout cycle, not just the end. Few of questions.

im looking to shred right up while adding strength.
i like proviron . i use it for my AI plus i really like the hardening effects.

i am not prone to estrogen side effects so thats what i use. ive never had an issue. i do have arimidex in case.

You'll do ok with deca for 10 weeks, but I'd go 12 because 8-12 is when it really ramps up for me. Hcg should be 250iu 2x weekly. Use the dex. Don't use proviron as an AI. Just because you don't see or feel estrogenic sides, it's the ones that you don't feel that are dangerous. Just use the dex regardless. PCT needs ran for 6 weeks, especially using deca! Don't skimp with your PCT with that cycle. And again, don't use the AI during pct. If you want to take the proviron to help with libido, that's fine, but don't rely on it as an AI.

oh ok thanks.
i just cut the deca at week 10 because i thought that it stayed in your system for a month after last injection. like test e is 2 weeks after last injection. thats the only reason i did it like that.

I would. But if extend the pct for 6 weeks, not 4. And hcg doesn't have to be administered at 350 every day. That's better ran the full length on the cycle, minus pct.

Meh, it's what I do if I have amps.

Op you should use your ai through cycle especially as you have no DA, just because you don't think you have E2 side effects doesn't mean you don't have them or your E2isnt high.

Test weeks 1-15
Deca weeks 1-12
Hcg 250ius x 2pw weeks 1-16
Adex 0.25mg EOD weeks 1-16

Pct starting at week 16
Clomid 75/50/50/50
Nolva 40/20/20/20

Add the proviron if you like, no harm in that but, if you have never had bloods on previous cycles to know your E2 isn't elevated you shouldn't rely on it as an ai.

i have had blood done in the middle of a previous cycle. while on proviron estrogen was not an issue,
i will use the adex anyway i guess. better safe then sorry.

every 3rd day is bacsically the same as every 3.5 or "twice a week"
i like it better then monday morning thursday evening kind of thing. just my preference.
