    Getting readuy for first cycle Test P and Deca 250

    Hey whats up guys getting ready for my first cycle was thinking about dosage 100 mg eod of test p along with 50ml of the deca
    Im 6.1
    174 lbs
    12% Bodyfat

    I have my pct also have AI on hand gonna run this cycle for 8 weeks
    If you guys have any pointers that would be great. Im always willing to learn from experience so if you guys could point me in the right direction thanks

    That will do next to nothing. I would say at very least up the test to 300mg/week. Drop the deca , test only is the way to go for a first cycle. Typically people recommend 500mg test/week as a first cycle

    Ok so you i should up the Test p to 500ml per week and completely lose the Deca till later in time.and just continue my 8 weeks on straight test p. will that give me any noticeable gains

    Increasing the cycle to 12 weeks would yield better results. You can run test p, but test e or c are usually recommended for a first cycle because they only have to be injected once or twice weekly as opposed to eod. Many also suggest HCG while on cycle. By the way, what's your PCT plan?

    Im waiting on hcg 5000 to come in and also Im taking Dim-plus that i got from gnc along with fish oil and liver aid and pro vitamins what would you recommend.

    HCG is great for on cycle but it's not for PCT. Clomid and nolva are generally the go stack for PCT. How old are you by the way?

    At 6'1 and 174lbs, I'd say you need to rethink what you're doing without steroids . That's pretty light. How long have you been weight training? What's your diet look like? Deca for 8 weeks?

    Just started back into the gym about a month ago just to be up to around 198 started getting slack . but my diets are high protein mainly fish and poultry and red meat. got laid off my job a while back thats when i got lazy now that im back working trying to get back into shape

    Don't jump the gun only a month back in the gym. Get to working and bring back muscle memory naturally. That way there is less risk for injury. And yes, read the stickies

    will do bro ill take it easy and try not to push myself to hard .you know once you get back into it though you want to get back right fast as possible .

    Nolva and clomid for pct but I would advise a diet over haul. Check out our diet sub forum.
