    My First cycle.

    First of I'd like to include some basic info about myself. I'm 25 years old (male) and have been lifting for about 3 years. I've made a decision to go ahead and start a 12 week cycle. Since this is my first cycle I will keep things very simple and do Test E 500ml weekly. Now I've done some research but haven't done enough. I know PCT will be necessary after my cycle but was confused on what I take. Do I take nolva? Clomid? And if so how much? Also what do you think about this cycle? Thanks in advance.

    My first cycle was Test E only for 12 weeks, I took Nolvadex for PCT. started it 2 weeks after my last injection at 40mg a day for 2 weeks then 20 mg a day for 2 weeks. I didn't experience any nasty sides but that might have been good luck more then good preparation,

    ml typo but fishy

    U wanna run 500 mg test for 12 weeks and stil dont know anything about nolva and clomid?

    U should take Clomid 100 50 50 50 and Nolva 40 20 20 20.

    Cycle couldnt be better.

    I suggest you do some more research and buy extra Nova in case of gyno and wat are your stats Ht Wt bf% ?

    I'm 5'11 with a weight of 177 at 13% bf!

    Yes I'm 25! I've done some research about novla and clomid just wasn't sure how much to take. I really don't want to mess up on something so I wanted help. Ty!

    Hmm honestly thats kinda tough! I eat different foods everyday. But get around 4000 calories in daily. Also I get about 1g of protein per bodyweight. Carbs and fats im not 100% percent sure of.

    Is it really important to hit genetic potential before taking steroids though? Especially if your goal is not to get as big as possible but just something decent like 16.5 inch arms, but get it in a few months and not a few years.

    You don't necessarily need to hit your genetic potential but you should at least build a really good base.

    Now if you ate 4000 cals a day while training you would be bigger.You need to keep track of your macros and it's easy to see you don't.
