Girlfriend pregnant after 1+ yr cycle 6 weeks into PCT, will everything be OK?

Hi

I recently came off a long cycle, 1 yr 3 months 500mg Test E, I ran HCG throughout and had 2 x 6 weeks breaks

I did HCG for 2 weeks afterwards and then 4 weeks of 40mg Tamoxifen and 100mg Clomid and just a few Armidex 1mg when I felt low libido

My girlfriend after feeling nauseated went doctors and has just done a pregnancy test and she is pregnant - she was on contraception pill also

Is this ok, will there be any complications I should worry about from the SERMS I was on or my long cycle? To be honest I wasnt expecting to be fertile so soon, guess the HCG throughout cycle helped and my testicles have been full size for a couple of weeks now too

What issues could arise from what I have done? I want to ensure the baby will be healthy and nothing I have done could cause an issue

you're okay. The baby will be fine. These things wont pass from you to the baby at conception.

My daughter was conceived while I was experimenting with higher dosage HGH (to see if it was even real) and my wife was also using it in low dosage. Shes perfectly fine. come to think of it.... shes super lean and damned strong for a 5yr old girl :wg:

Congrats man! This gives me some peace of mind, as my wife and I have been trying to conceive for a few months now. I have honestly felt that I'll never have children due to my low t treatment. It's been super discouraging. This helps.

Glad this can be of some encouragement I guess me doing HCG all the time on cycle and my PCT really worked! Used organon and alpha pharma

SERMs like clomid are used in women for fertility,
and while there has been concern regarding teratogenic effects (birth defects being somewhat elevated in in vitro fertilization),
the only real danger seems to be twins or triplets. And that's if the woman was taking SERMs.
HGH is probably just beneficial for sperm quality and nothing to worry about.

Only thing I would worry about if I were you,
(Even though chances are this is totally ok)
Is do a DNA test of the kid to make sure it's yours. ;)

The only possible side effects will be a full beard,huge delts,ripped abs and abnormally large penis with that being said I sure hope its a boy:)

We had been having a lot of sex as I was trying to kick start my sex drive again which seems back now. I've instantly finished my PCT now as I must be recovered if my balls are back and she's pregnant.

Did another 2 pregnancy tests this morning it's definitely correct. I feel a lot better that the SERMs and the test won't have an effect on the baby.

So I probably had weak sperm at conception I would guess? Would that matter at all either?

As long as you were on you need to get full blood work to see how your health really is internally. Starting a family is a wonderful thing, but so is maintaining your health. You now have a much bigger reason to be healthy and more circumspect.

Thanks I will do. Seeing as I have just finished my PCT at what stage should I do my bloodwork? What levels do I need to test? I do want to stay healthy of course for the baby

I'd wait at least 8 weeks post pct. If insurance covers it (think Doctor physical here) use the first list in the Finding A Doc sticky in the HRT Forum. If out of pocket take a look at discounted labs dot com. They have packages available that are priced nicely. I believe one is a post pct package. Be sure to add psa as well after such a long cycle.

I just checked their site. I'd probably go with the Complete Hormone and Wellness Panel for Men. It includes LH/FSH and PSA too.

The little guy...or girl...will be able to bench press a truck when it comes out and all that crying....that will be roid rage.....LOL...just kidding.

I respect your concerns, it sounds like you'll make a great father. Cancer patients on chemo have children with no problem. There is more concern regarding the female because she provides the environment for 9-months. There's almost nothing a man can do it screw it up.

-Coming form a 40-ish yr old psych student with a focus on Human Growth and Development with biology/chemistry classes up to the level of 3000 level microbiology. ...Not much in the whole scheme of things but enough that I would have been exposed to information that is contrary to what I've told you; there isn't any, your SAFE!
