Congratulations, you got hypothyroidism.
What is your iodine intake? Do you eat any fish, seafood, use iodized salt?
You need to get your thyroid checked by and endo, and very likely hormone replacement (levothyroxine).
Also test for hashimoto's antibodies - AbTPO, AbTG.
I would advise to fix thyroid first before cycling. Your body isn't functioning normally.
It is a wonder to me how your RBC and hemoglobin are already on the high side despite poor Iron and B12 status.

AI and SERMs can indeed influence thyroid but they might account for minor changes, not a TSH of 11. That's pathological.
That however means your natural T could be lower than measured.
1mg adex ED is an hefty dose even on cycle. That's the dosage for breast cancer. Don't do this again, it will crush your E2, which is no good.
Antibiotics.... no interaction I know of. Have safer sex pls.
I'm hypothyroid myself and on 125mcg LT4.
Be sure to get a thyroid ultrasound, you need to look for nodules.
How much low is your iodine intake? Do you take any multivitamin/multimineral? There is iodine in milk and derivatives, also.
If you don't eat any fish make sure you get enough omega3 from fish oil.

Yes, thyroid problems can really have a strong effect on how you live your life.
Instead of being here go to the doctor, like Biz said, TSH of 11 is a very simple diagnostic. You need further exams, and to be advised by a thyroid doctor specialist.

Tested for Testosterone .
To answer whether your thyroid can impact your T levels yes hypothyroidism can lower testosterone.

The ranges reported by your lab look rather skewed.
However, though your serum B12 is lowish, looking at homocysteine, which is a marker of functional B12 deficiency, it looks great, that means the body is making good use of the cobalamin present though stores seems to be running low.

Nope I do advise you keep supplementing with D3, fish oil and multis we ppl with hypothyroidism need those.
Get your cobalamin checked again in a few months, if it lowers further get on B12 injections.
Before cycling know also that you will need to donate soon in the process as your counts appear to be already high, don't skip mid-cycle bloods.

Very well. I hope new doc won't dismiss your case.
Thyroid disorders can play a major role in CV disease, that is usually from multiple factors, the more you got under control the better.
