Kidney damage
Hi guys I'm new on Tren and Anadrol .....
I started using Tren E with Sust and Anadrol, On my second week I got swollen ankles. Went to the Dr for check up he discovered damage on Kidneys, eGFR is at 50.
Which one is more harsh on the kidneys between injectables and orals?
How do you suggest I continue with my cycle?

Calculated eGFR? if so its a poor kidney marker for ppl doing bodybuilding as it calculated from creatinine and based on formulas for ppl with normal body mass.
Swollen ankles can be from the steroid use , although there are a number of conditions that will lead to it, can you post your full bloodwork and stats?
Also post all the ancillaries and protocol you are following. You posted too little information.
Have kidney damage been confirmed by urine tests? How often do you control your blood pressure, and whats its values on tren cycle?

well the oral Anadrol is more liver toxic IMO.
but as stated, creatinin levels are used as markers for liver or kidney issues and not really applicable to lifters or even people that just take extra creatin, they need to look at other things.

I just want to add that that doesnt mean you dont have an issue, you should look into it deeper is all. and DONT mention illegal off script use compounds you are using. if anything some herbal muscle booster you got online, if anythin. and play stupid (unless your life directly depended on it ofcourse)

That's just it, we don't really have enough data on that,
any In theory it should raise creatinine, and probably does raise creatinine excretion.
eGFR isn't a very good marker I agree.
Elevated creatinine is normal to a point.
Mine has always been somewhat elevated, but eGRF usually lies at >60 regardless.
You need a full blood panel OP.
If your kidneys are taking a beating make sure that your BP is normal.

Yeah doc your big and the muscle mass can account for minor elevations, but I don't really should have mine at 1.47 mg/dL, I need to keep an eye on it.
Maybe when elevated liver enzymes occurred some months ago from ibuprofen perhaps it also went to tax the kidneys. That crap is toxic, after all the effort we put into safe administration of illegal hormones from black market it's absurd if you think such damage could happen from something selled otc.
