    Gaining cycle

    Weight 80kg
    Starting my first cycle
    WK 1-6: Anadrol 50mg per day 

    WK 4-12: Trenbolone 75mg every other day 

    WK 1-16 Testosterone 750mg per wk
    After it pct

    Why start the tren on week 4 and run test for 4 extra weeks?

    everyone wants the big gains and think running deca or tren first cycle will give them better results ,,

    first cycle should be test you body can only grow so much in a cycle no matter what you use so use a little as you can to get the max growth when it stalls you add something else why waste mmoney and health for the same amount of gains

    I'm in my first cycle too bro, test only and trust me you'll see the gains, my weight is up and waist is shrinking, strength gains are super consistent and every week i look different, bigger, thicker more vascular and I'm only taking test, its hard enough on your first cycle to pay attention to the changes good and bad and the shit thats in your mind opposed to whats actually happening on just one compound, and hard might not be the right word I'd say its enough work, if you add all these other things and say something goes wrong and you start getting sides you're gonna be screwed trying to figure that out, and its not just physical its as much mental. Water retention will have you paranoid about puffy nipples and gyno, change in mood and a full gambit of other things will mentally have you wondering and worrying about what could possibly be going wrong, its your first cycle and this isn't a race take the time to test your body and see how it responds, trust me you can make all kinds of gains on a test only cycle especially the first one
