Need advice on second cyles

Stats - 5'11 245 lb. Former Marine and College FB player.

Work out 4 to 5 times a week. Suppliments - protein, L Carnatine, Arginine, fish oil, multi vitamin and Aminos.

I will be taking Test Cyp and Anavar with Clomid PCT

Need advice on how to stack.

Concern is liver toxicity and my kidney creatine level of 1.2.

How do i protect my Liver and Kidneys?

Goals is a little size and body fat loss.

Please let me know if you need more info or what i am forgetting.

If you are going to pct it is better to use a short ester like test prop. It kicks in faster, it's easier to time when to pct and you will recover faster.
Weeks
1-10 test prop 400mg. 100mg eod
4-10 anavar 50mg ed

Best way to protect liver and kidneys is to drink plenty of water. All those liver protect supplements are bs.

You can use the anavar as a kicker or at the end of your cycle. Cyp takes at least 2-3 weeks to kick in. It also stays in your system for 3 weeks. So you have to wait 3 weeks after last pin to start pct. if you start pct to early it won't work.

For your liver use NAC with a lot of water and Cyp is fine! Wat is your bf% beacuse cycling abve 15% you increase your chances of GYNO! And you should use Nova with your pct and HCG on cycle.
