Hey all, I'm new to this and would like some information. I'm 6ft, 170lbs, 24 years old, very active and healthy. I'm looking into beginning my first stack and was curious about what y'all would recommend as far as oral, injectable, etc and how much I should dose for my size. Any information would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Honestly you need to focus on eating more and maybe being less active.
Please detail your current mass gaining diet and lifting and cardio regime.

Okay, let me back up.. I was weighing 180, but recently moved, got kinda poor and couldn't eat as much, but now I'm back on track eating 3925+ calories daily.
Protein: 196g
Fats: 100g
Carbs: 540g+-
I'm a macro counter and have been for about two years.
Squat: 385
Deadlift: 435
Bench 235- I got hit by a dirtbike last May and have a difficult time benching. It's the position on the bench my shoulders don't like, I can DB press just fine though.
I do cardio twice a week, run two miles on Sundays and 20min on the stair master on Thursdays
I can't necessarily be "less active". I'm in welding school, working as a mechanic and also in the Army National Guard doing artillery.
6ft and weighing only 180 tells me you have no foundation.You should be 200lbs at6 ft hit the diet section and build a foundation before you cycle or you will be one of those guys who loses everything between cycles.
