Prostate and Sperm Health While/After Cycle

Hello,

First of all sorry for my English :)

I've read many websites about steroids to find my question about prostate health while cycling. But, i cannot find clear result about this. I'm not asking prevent hair loss. My main concern is keeping healthy state of prostate health while cycle and restore sperm quality after cycle with PCT.

I'm on cycle of 750/500/30 for my 4th cycle - Test E/EQ/Dbol and it will take 16 weeks (i'm going to stop taking dbol at 6th week).

-I've found that there are 2 things that we can use for this purpose. One of them is Saw Palmetto,and the other one is Finastride.
-For cycle:Should i worry for prostate while on cycle ? If i should, which things that i can use ?
-For PCT :I have SERMs, HCG for my PCT. I'm planning to use Folic Acid/Horny Goat Weed Extract/Celery Seed Extract for supplementing libido and sperm quality. Should i add Saw Palmetto to my PCT plan ?

I will be glad if someone help me for my question and thanks a lot in advance :)

Use the hcg on cycle, not during pct. This will keep your testicles functioning and maintain the size. This is very important to your aiming at staying fertile. Use 250ius 2 times weekly and this should keep everything normal and make transitioning into pct much easier.

I had prostate troubles on 400 mg test e/week , probably from prostatitis that i was dragging like 3 months before cycle that never fully went away, i guess it was inflamed , around week 4 it came back , i just run a course of antibiotics that didnt really solve it , later when i started winny it got worse, so i quit winny and started saw palmetto , Beta sitosterol and started eating pumpkin seeds , also 30mg zinc daily
worked for me , solved 90% of the issues, gonna keep it like a month after cycle to see if all goes back to normal
But that's just me , i'll see on my next cycle if prostate problems come back , but thats gonna be in like 5 months so i hope i can solve my prostatitis till then
As i know prostate enlarges due to DHT and e2 jump during cycle , so control the e2, some enlaregement during cycle is unavoidable , but if it's already inflamed then you're up for pain train like me , i remember in one moment i felt like i'll lay an egg...

Worry, maybe. Be concerned, sure. Monitor your psa closely on cycle and see how it does, then you'll know exactly what you need to do. My last cycle of elevated test was about a year ago and it did result in my psa spiking a little. Next cycle (In May hopefully) I'll definitly run Fina.

Thanks a lot for your reply.
What do you think about my PCT plan ? Also, should i use finastride or saw palmetto according to PSA while i'm on cycle or should i wait until to PCT ?

Fina is great for elevated prostate - last high dose test I ran it @ 1mg/day coulda did 2mgs but the 1mg worked wonders... and no, nothing wrong with libido at all!

And that's simply a hair loss dosage of it!

Oh i wanted to ask , does fina affect gains in any way?
