bulking cycle need help please

i want to start a bulking cycle and i dont know how, i live in turkey and i can buy steroids from any pharmacy very easy but i dont know what do i have to buy

any help will be great

At 20 yrs old we don't suggest you cycle at this time.Wait until your 25 and your Hepta is fully developed.Read the young and steroids thread.

Ye they actually do , i remember when i was like 9-10 years old i went with mom and dad to turkey as tourist. Dad went and bought some test e and clen lol, mentioned it a couple days ago to him he told me u could get anything there from a pharm.

Not even ready for a cycle dude..your nutrition/training is obv off if those are ur stats after 3 years

With your age at 22. The best advice is to eat everything in sight. Sleep 8-10hrs a day. Train heavy, low rep. Squat, Deadlift, shoulder press, bench press, bent over rows. In no particular order. Skip the isolation moves.
But after all the advice not to run a cycle. If you must. Just run a Test only, with HCG , anti estro protection. Have your PCT lined up before first pin.
