    What?
We need B12 and all other b vitamins daily, all the time.
They are water soluble vitamins like vitamin C,
meaning you should get them everyday.

If you're taking b12 injections it's another matter,
    those last long.

Not sure I'm understanding the question here.

B-12 injections used to be pushed and held very highly for recovery. My source even used to sell it with pre built cycle kits.
Its another thing that has become irrelevant for some reason. The primary reason for the injections of b-12 was liver protection/cleanse.

We found Nac and milk thistle since then ?

If you pin 1000IU B12 at a time once weekly is enough.

I just read a little on it. People kinda stopped talking about it 5 years ago. It seems in 2010 at least the consensus was to take it for lethargy prevention during pct.
Before this I am certain the idea was liver cleanse.

I bet you can find something in the old old threads on here.

Btw, I think its a fine idea. It wont hurt anything and if you are deficient you will get an energy boost and possibly increased apetite. I still wonder what happened to the idea of b12 in pct because it was emphasized a lot more in the past.

I'd suggest B12 pins to anyone in the lifestyle, it helps both body and mind sustain the metabolic burden induced by AAS, and also prevent elevations in homocysteine.

An extra eye is to be kept on blood counts though.

I hear you man. It just used to be a common practice that nobody talks about anymore. I can definitely see the benefits after running orals or anything hepatoxic. 90% of the body b12 storages are in the liver.

It was just a phase. I still like to use it from time to time, but prefer methylated over injections. I think it was more of a psychological thing in the past. Many maybe thinking they were still "on" to a degree by injecting something. I find that if you have a B12 deficiency, they really do help a lot. But if you don't, they really don't do much of anything B12, like C, isn't something the body can use in big doses without just wasting it.

Once weekly won't cause any problems; daily frankly I don't know, probably not for a short timespan.
