is this a good injection spot for bpc 157 need answers asap - thanks
IS this spot where the red mark is pointed a good spot for injection (inbetween the 2 veins)? 6 months ago I injected a 3inch needle almost all the way in 90 deg for both arms and injected the bpc in. did it about 4 times each for each arm not much results. My question is did i cause some nerve damage injecting the needle in that area as my arms seem to have not recovered more then 20% since that time. I dont think i did because I didnt notice any worse symptoms after injections if anything i think i got a bit better.

Ive been suffering with forearms both burning for almost a year now both arms are messed up. Wearing tight sweaters over them makes them burn instantly and very uncomfortable. Using my phone is a hassle now adays. Ive been resting for almost a year now with barley doing any lifting ive tried going back to the gym here and there and symptoms always flare up the day after the workout. During workout i think to my self that maybe im not so injured and that i can lift as i barly feel any elbow pain but days after they are on fire. So i have been avoiding the gym for a long time now and even that isnt helping. I honestly am starting to go crazy as summer time is coming around and i thought by this time id be back to lifting weights but sadly im still suffering with this weird ass injury its so depressing.
I have done mri and got my results last week turned out everything is fine and my specialist says i may have nerve damage so they are sending me to do a nerve conduction test and see what turns out. Just waiting on the appointment day at the moment. I have also done physio and they always tell me its not so bad during the assessment they do for testing for tennis elbow i always dont feel pain during those assessment and they all look at me like im tripping about my arms and the fact that sweaters irritate them.
Sorry for the long post but im just not sure what to do anymore as ive tried bpc, physio, and tb500 in my stomach for a systematic effect and nothing i did god damn near 12 vials of tb500 and barly noticed any effects. Physio doesnt seem to help too. Im thinking i got some sereious nerve damage from my job that caused it where i would be throwing things in bins for 8 hours every day plus go to the gym before or after work and it all caught up to me after 2 years. Thinking of trying bpc157 again and doing more the one vial atleast 4 vials 2 for each arm and see if i get any progress?
Sorry for the long post i am just very desperate atm and losing patience after not doing what i love for a year now. The gym was a serious addiction to me and you can only imagine not being able to workout for a year. Someone please respond and give me insight on what on earth is going on for my arms my latest physiotherapist sais its from bad posture (which i do have) but i highly doubt thats the cause of it all as i know that i put my arms thru some srs stress the past 2 years.
If The nerve conduction test comes out with damage to nerve what is it that they would do to my arms? as physio doesnt help much what would they do to help them recover? PRP? Cortisone shot?
