Question for experienced users on bouncing back

I was watching some videos on bodybuilder's cycles and some advanced cycles that include 4-6 compounds that are run for 12-16 sometimes 20 weeks.

My question is, do any of these people come "off cycle" or does off cycle mean cruising on test only. Do any people that are running high doses of multiple compounds like deca, tren, anadrol ever go through a PCT and let their nature test levels rebound or is blasting and cruising a fact of life.

Additionally, could they come off and rebound in a short enough time frame to make those cycles worth it?

Is cycling and staying natural for a good period of the time better suited to lighter cycles or could it be plausible for harder ones?

For advanced bodybuilders I'd think blast/cruise be the norm,
but that doesn't mean it impossible to both recover after 20 week cycles.
Actually I've seen several examples of 20+ week lead to recovery,
but many of these individuals had the thinking that "if I end up needing TRT I don't really care", and many of them didn't even base recovery on blood work but rather whether they recovered libido. (They generally did bloodwork, but excluded hormones from the BW to "hide" AAS use from their doctors, so one can only say they were fine in terms of kidney and liver function and lipids.)

Going by just libido alone is a very poor indicator of T levels, so in many such cases it's hard to tell. Some did eventually test T levels and found they had recovered though.

My thinking is that the body is quite amazing at recovering,
and even some long blasts/cruises can often lead to recovery,
but it can take quite some time and each time you do it increases the chance it won't lead to recovery.

Shorter time on is IMO much safer in regards to your HPTA than +12 week cycles.

Worth it?

Problem is that even with low T it's possible to maintain mass,
(At least medium low T which is where most will end up)
so as far as gaining muscle then long cycles might be worth it yes.
Health wise though, shorter cycles are the way to go.

I would really be hesitant to consider long cycles,
and would advice against it, possible exceptions being when older,
done with children, and truly dedicated to the lifestyle.

It's never a good idea to start using, and really never a good idea to blast/cruise, it's just a choice between the lesser of evils.

I can add in my own experience;

I've done blast/cruise of +20weeks before,
and I've bounced back, bloodwork showed normal T ranges within 3months after last pin.
But, while I got away with that a couple of times, it eventually caught up with me. Now I need TRT.
