Anavar as my first cycle?

I'm about to be on week 5 of my trt protocol with 100mg test cyp every 5 days, hcg on two days before shot and clomid daily. Been feeling positive affects from the trt and I plan to go 12 weeks maybe more before throwing in anything else, but what do you guys think of anavar ? Not quite ready to run a cycle of test but I have heard good things on anavar. Losing fat while gaining some lean muscle? I wouldn't need to run any pct since i'm on trt correct? Any advice is appreciated.

Anavar is a very safe oral but it's not necessary right now. You just started TRT and simply that alone should make a large difference for you in quality of gains as long as diet and training are on point. Optimized T levels make a world of difference, be patient and give it time. Correct, pct is not needed on TRT.

I don't plan to try it for a few more months, definitely want to get dialed in and everything on my trt. Just popped in my mind today and figured i'd learn something for down the road

Don't forget, TRT doesn't end....

I cycled twice during my first year on trt. Gains minimal. Third cycle approx 65 weeks on TrT was awesome for gains. It takes a while for the body to turn back on and respond fully.

You named the thread anavar as my FIRST cycle, but you've then said you've cycled twice in the first year on trt..

Anavar is a really mild steroid . If you're on TRT, it'll go well with the Test. On the other hand, if you're on TRT you could just increase your Test dosage and count that as your first cycle. Either way, be sure to follow the first cycle guide to have a good experience on your first cycle.

I plan to give it a couple months and get stable on trt and try some anavar before I try my first test cycle
