Armidex dosage

The recommended dosage for arimidex on the forums is .25mg eod, but my gear serves them up in 1mg doses. I tried splitting them into quarters but they're too small and just fall apart.

Can I just take the whole pill and just take it every 3-4 days instead?

If it's too hard to quarter them little adex pills, just suspend it. Just put 6 pills in a small plastic bottle, add 24cc's of dilutant and mix well. Take 1cc eod and that'll be .25mg. I just use a syringe without the needle and measure out 1cc.

I split mine into quarters with a sharp knife. One chunk might be larger than another but .3mg vs .2 mg. It all comes out in the wash. I try not to over think it. I save the big chunks for my emotional days

It all depends on your test dosage. For me at 500mg test a week .25mg of adex eod keeps E2 in check. 750mg/week and I need .5 mg adex eod. If you take a whole pill you could crash your E2 which creates it's own problems. Get BW done to determine the correct amount of adex for your test dose.

Wow, that is a great idea. You could even get as low as .125 for a TRT plan if needed using that method. That's genius.
