What to do leading up to a cycle?

    Hey guys...

New member here, planning on doing a cycle in a couple months. Until then, is there anything outside of my normal training and diet I should be doing to prep for maximal gains?

You should be planning your diet for your goals ready to start the cycle. You could also post your cycle so we can have a look and see if you've missed anything.

For my first cycle I was thinking just to do 10 weeks of test enanthate , 500mg/week, and nolvadex for three weeks afterwards. This seems simple and conservative for my first cycle, would you agree?

Yh test for first cycle is a good choice. Are you not running an AI or hcg ? You also need clomid for pct.

I don't know your stats but it is usually best to cut going into a cycle so you can bulk during the cycle.

I'm planning on starting in July, so I could begin a decent 2 month cut now. Thank you!

What are your stats, height weight BF%? Also for your cut, visit the diet and nutrition section. Everyone over there is very informative.

6'4", 205. I've never gotten BF% done by a reliable source. Best estimate I can put myself at is 12%.
