    Test E and Anavar Cycle

    Want to run a test E and anavar cycle , what would be a good dose for the anavar , was thinking of using it in the last 6 weeks of the cycle

    Give some more details. That's very vague. Stats? Goals?

    Pretty much bulk up with the test an use the var to shred a bit toward the end ...

    Food I eat is allways good quality , apart from the once in a while take away

    I don't recommend bulking and cutting in the same cycle....

    If you're looking to cut the last 6 weeks, you're going to lose some of your gains. You can run Anavar the last 6 weeks but don't try to cut too much. Just take about 60mg to 80mg per day and eat really clean. When I talk to guys in the gym, I hear all sorts of variations of what they mean when they want to "cut". If you add Anavar to your cycle and want to cut, just do some cardio and clean up your diet. You'll lose some fat and water and lean out.
