Experience using Tudca?

Anyone taking tudca? I am taking it while I run my gear. Right now I am taking 250 pill daily. Any advise on dosage and continuous use?

Nothing wrong with TUDCA. 250's fine but if on orals as well double it. Most here will use NAC instead as an antioxidant.

I've used both with good results. NAC is the better of the 2 for me personally. I stopped using TUDCA/UDCA when o saw a documentary on the bile bear. I don't even want to take a chance in the torture brought upon those animals. Synthetic or not, I just can't in good conscience risk it. It's pitiful what those animals go through.

Im using NAC and TUDCA both right now with Var and accutane.....and I take double your dose of TUDCA.
