Hi !! I am new to the forum and this is my first post.
I am planning to start my second cycle after 12 years.
I'm 46 years old, 77 kg, 16,5 % bf and 180 cm.
I read all the stickies carefully and i did my blood test.

I decided to do testosterone enanthate 250 mg once a week. Should i take arimidex also ? I am worried about the side affects.
Can I start without AI and if needed use nolvadex ?
PCT nolvadex 40 and clomid 50 for 4 weeks.
Any advice and suggestions would be highly appreciated !!

Up the test dose off you're going to cycle. 250 is closer to a testosterone replacement dose and its still going to cause shutdown. At your age, you will get benefits from 250mgs, but not what you would with a proper cycle dose. You have a healthy range as is, so if you're going to rush it, do it with gusto. 500mgs weekly will be great. You will need an AI at that dose, so start it at the same time, and you're going to need hcg as well. 250ius 2x weekly will suffice. Make sure to have all ancillaries ordered and on hand for post cycle therapy before you start. You never know what might happen and you suddenly have to stop.

You'll need armidex during cycle, nolva for pct. Don't use the dex during pct and don't use the nolva during cycle. Don't even cycle unless you decide to use hcg. It's nor really an option anymore with all the advances we now know doing this. Be safe and do it correctly to avoid any potential problems.

No I don't. I remember from my first cycle (12 years ago) that I have used HCG 10 days after the last shot of test (3 shots one e3d) and then the serms. Now I see that things have changed. Can I use 1 shot of 500 iu HCG once a week instead of two 250 iu ?

It would be better to keep a constant level with the two a week split.

Ok, thanks a lot. I have to find how to get 250 iu out of 5000 because i don't understand the whole process very well. I am new to this.

Mix it with 2cc's bac water. Pull back to the 10 on your slin pin.

Are you sure your stats were entered correctly????
77 kg, 16.5% bf, and 1.8 meters ( you said cm). I know the cm was an error, 77 kg seems light for 1.8 m but yet you are at 16.5 bf.

My stats are correct. In Europe the weight measured in kilograms (kg) and height in cm (the error was the dot). And yes my bf is a little high but my blood test is good.

I am having difficulty picturing your body. I am 1.8, 89 kg and about 10% bf. Trying to get down to 8%.

Finally I will manage to start my cycle on Monday. I will start with 250mg of test and I will see how it will go. I have aromasin (6,26 EOD) and nolva, clomid for PCT but I can not find HCG neither bac water in my country. They have only Ovitrlle as a prefilled syringe (6500 iu). Any ideas how to use it ? can't find bac water here and I can't order online cause of the customs.
