I'm currently taking clen , and with it taurine. The taurine is giving me severe, horrid smelling gas. It has gotten so bad that I'm coming off of the clen prematurely because I can't take it any more. The only positive aspect of this the pleasure derived from cropdusting people in the grocery store and then peeking around the corner to watch their facial expressions just as the abhorrent smell reaches their noses. Don't judge, its hilarious.....for me, them not so much.

Serious Question
If you've read my earlier thread I was thinking of running winstrol as part of my next cycle, and along with it NAC. I've read where NAC causes odious gas as well. If you've run NAC before can you please indicate below whether you have or have not experienced this?

Both Taurine and NAC have sulfur in them.

I never had issues myself with gas, even with insane daily consumption of egg whites (LOT of sulfur).

Protein gas is the worst..dude I get the worst ..most foul decaying corpse of Satan stuffed with mutilated dead animals kind of smelling gas when I eat sweet potatoes...it's like a sulfur , egg, horrid sweet potatoe gas..horrible ! And it's right before bed when I eat them after I lift so it's like world war 3 out of my ass lmao. My whole room smells and I got sleep with my blankets off or I will roast myself in it

I use NAC on cycle and it didn't make a difference in my farts. I have god awful gas all the time though so it's hard to tell. It smells so vial and they are like a thick heavy cloud that just lingers.

NAC gives me horrible breath when I drink the raw powder,
but brushing my teeth and drinking something removes that.

I'm WELL aware of egg whites sulfur content, but for some reason, I've never thought about Taurine having high sulfur

What's the best NAC to go with? Doesn't seem to be sold in your average pharmacy. I'm a bit pissy about vitamins and supplements given their terrible absorption potency. Also very interested in liver health given my awful track record of alcoholism, I'm considering B12 injections.

hMMM. Never had problems either.
Sounds like you need more cleasning and some fiber in. I am pretty regular,
about 3-4 times a day. Gas isnt really a problem for me.

Definitely not a good choice on my behalf! What a shitty night (literally speaking). I'm thinking I didnt rinse off the legumes enough before adding to the rice. Looks like it's an extra potassium diet for this guy today!

I did read however, that one of the side effects of taking NAC orally can be nausea, vomiting, and or diarrhea... But I'm sticking to the "magical fruit" being the culprit here as I've never had a weak stomach to any supplements or vitamins in my 34yrs.

Only steroid that gives me fart so far is Tren . The acid reflux and additive microbacterial growth in the intestines.....long base tooting of the musical orifice. Losec is my best friend.
