IGF^ is usually via Free Test^
Free Test ^ is via Stinging Nettle (Lowers SHBG)
But
Stinging Nettle blocks DHT production and can lead to libido issues.
I do not think this is a technique used except in issues of BPH due to DHT being pretty important.
I've seen all sorts of supplements over the years that is supposed to increase IGF-1 levels. My brother was swearing to me that some supplement he was taking was HGH and that it was increasing his IGF-1 level. I nodded and smiled. HGH can't be taken orally because it can't make the liver pass. If there was a supplement that actually increased IGF-1 levels, I would think that company would be a billion dollar company by now. Also, the vets on this board would have said something. So far, no vet has, as far as I know, written about any over the counter supplement that significantly increases the IGF-1 level.
I thought mk677 was supposed to be oral gh... does it actually do anything or is It just a con do you reckon?
