Go by total test or free test to tell if recovered?

Is it important to look at total test after a cycle or free test?

I see most people usually refer to total test. Is free test important? If so why?

Total really means very little as only FT actually works for us. But it's always nice to know both.

Go by hormone panel..not your test level total or free. LH and FSH are the big ones. I have seen total test and free test normal with LH or FSH borked. Also the progesterone and prolactin are just as important.

If something in the hormone panel is wrong you want to know it..not wait till something breaks and wish you had the full monty from before.

You know they have "Post PCT" panels available at Discounted Labs and other similar sites. Relatively cheap.

Say what? Means little? Total test is a strong indicator on where your FT is at.
Local lab doesnt even manage to display FT. Total always works for me.

Then you're guessing with where your FT actually is. Just calculate it using TT, SHBG and Albumin. But yes, you could have a 1000ng/dl TT level but if shbg is through the roof your FT will suffer.
