Bodybuilding Journey

Hey guys what's up? My name is Chris, I'm 22 y/o and this is my first year officially bodybuilding. I played college football for 3 years but decided to walk away after a falling out with the coaches. After that happened I decided to dedicate every once of effort and fortitude into bodybuilding (my biggest passion). I hired a bodybuilding coach and decided that using the route of anabolics was the best way to make a splash in this sport. I'm currently running 500 mgs of cyp, 400 of primobolan, 700 mg of dbol and 700 mg of proviron. My coach and I decided to take it to the next level and I'll be incorporating masteron, tren ace, anavar, winstrol, anadrol, halotestin, and test prop. He believes I will qualify for Nationals right after my first show ever and then be very successful beyond that.

Your coach sure doesn't have your long term health and longevity in the sport in mind with that cycle. That is way way way overkill, especially for a 22 y/o. Good luck on your journey and even though you didn't ask. I would advise you to rethink that cycle and rethink using that coach.

I agree with MS, your coach doesn't care about your health and sounds like you either don't or are misinformed. Is he also your dealer?

That's a crazy crazy first cycle and I'm guessing there is no mention of PCT or an AI.

Best of luck anyway but make sure you educate yourself before you completely jump in.

You left out Deca....How the hell do you expect to grow leaving a substance out? (Facetious)

I understand where people think more is more. Will you grow more on dose x or dose 2x? 2x of course. So why don't use 2x? Sides.

Will you grow more on x +y+z+d=c=w or x? x wins. How can that be? After you lose time due to sides and estrogen issues and troubleshooting sides in the end X wins every time. How the hell do you troubleshoot something causing you an issue when you are running 10 substances for the first time simultaneously.

Not to mention 4 orals at once?!? That liver will be shot in 8 weeks. If I hadn't seen advise this stupid given out like this many times before I would find it hard to believe a so called "coach," could give out this dangerous of advise.

I mean it's really not that much. I had another IFBB pro coach tell me that if I wanted to take it to the next level, I would have to take $1500-2000 worth of gear a month. My current coach believes things work better when you take different substances at a low dose. In order to win, sacrifices have to be made. These guys coach competitors that compete at the pro level and national level and wouldn't have even considered coaching me if they didn't believe I had potential. I personally know power lifter who are taking 6 different compounds at 1000-1200 mg per week. As long as your diet is in check and don't have a problem with drugs or alcohol, my body should be able to maintain homeostasis if I take all the proper precautions

First of all, your coaches know nothing about chemisty. Half those compounds are blocking the action of the other half. They probably are right about the 1500-2000 a month though. If you want any benefit from all that gear you probably have to shotgun the receptors with enough of each drug to physically load all the receptors at all times.

As far as the orals, you do know what that much 17-akly groups will do to your liver right? Them having you on that many orals right there tells everyone in the know that they don't know what they are doing. I mean you would probably get a better effect with 500mg of Test C and 1k Deca if you were dead set on high levels of gear.

I'm no telling you what to do, but for god sakes research on your own. You went to college so you have to be a smart dude. I don't think even Rich Piana would do that cycle.

Well as long as you feel bodybuilding is more important than your health, sex life and having children then I guess it's an OK 1st cycle...:chairshot

You need a new coach, and quickly. While I do believe that competitors do need to start sooner than later, there is many factors that need to be considered.

For instance, why did you and your football coaches have a falling out? I personally would want to know to see where you are in your maturity level because that's the single most important thing I look at before training anyone, any age.

As far as the compounds he has you on..... shame on him. He's obviously not a serious coach because he certainly wouldn't have you on proviron for any reason this soon in the game. I can only assume you're looking to build mass at this stage, and I hope that you are. And 100mgs of dbol daily is asinine for anyone at any level. I'm sure he has you on liver support. Real support such as nac or tudca, not milk thistle.

Keep this in mind with anything worth doing in life. You have to crawl before you can run. There is no shortcuts with anything. And if you find one, the goal becomes moot. If hard work and dedication, sacrifice, and pain isn't required, you'll never appreciate what gets accomplished.

What I'm getting at is that if your coach really has you on the compounds you claim at this stage in your career, and plans to incorporate the other stuff in soon, he's having you rely on steroids to achieve your goal. That's why I have a hard time believing a coach is actually assisting you. If he really is, he's not worth your time, much less any money. You can get much better advice here.

Lastly, he claims you're close to qualifying for a national level. I'd like to see what he sees. Can you post a pic?

This is so untrue man. Don't listen to these guys. My mentor was/is a retired IFBB pro, got his card at age 42. He was late to the game but did what he set out to do. While he used high doses compared to a lot of what you see here, it was no where close to 2k a month. And he was in the game and knew what people were on and running. The doses most of those guys use are not as high as many think. Offseason they'll run trt (maybe a bit higher than needed) and run orals off and on for 4-6 weeks at a time while running GH and other peptides. Once the size is there, they just maintain it and stuff like slin and other dangerous thermogenics are of no use. When season rolls around, they already have the mass, they begin to focus on cutting. And the days of guys using 2 grams of tren are over. Very seldom will you see a stack with more than 3 anabolics in it. This isn't including test, as that's year round for them. But tren, mast, sunny or anavar, maybe primo is about all they use. And I'm telling you that the doses are nowhere near what guys were using in the 90s, and today's athletes are much bigger! Primo, unless used for a long time, is useless at 400mgs. It's an awesome compound, but unless you're talking 20+ weeks, don't expect much of anything. I'm only giving examples here, but you do need to seek advice elsewhere than the guys you are getting it from. I know I'm long-winded, but I really to like helping where I can, especially if one were to listen. You have to keep your health your top priority because others don't care. I assure you that many of the old pros would do things a lot differently if they could go back. If you're serious about competing, start fresh and get a better coach. I'm trying to be real and I would like to see a member here excel and turn pro. It would benefit us as a whole of you made it, but you're off to a very bad start. Its not to late to right the ship.

I've seen first hand what difference a test dose of 1G a week vs 2G a week did for two fairly fresh BB'ers.
The results were the same, the guy using 2G a week hadn't come to a level where that gave any additional benefit. Only more sides.

But if you were using 1,5G of test that would be one thing,
but you're using all the compounds there are.
Seems like you're just using many different compounds to do it,
and it won't really help you none.

As PT said, it would be fun to have someone on the forum enter and succeed in bodybuilding, so if that's what you want to do and are set on, that's the advice you'll be given, with a warning that you are risking more starting so young.
But that's one thing, and a bad risk in itself, but something you have to weigh against what BB'ing means to you right now, and how TRT for life and risk of sterility scares you for later.

Then we come to it, if you wanna do this either way,
then at least do it correctly.
