    Tamoxifen side effects - Anyone?

    Hi everyone,

I am around week 10 of my cycle. Test E @ 600mg EW.

I developed gyno during my cycle and my Aromasin @ 25mg ED wasn't doing the job, so I hopped on 40mg of Nolva ED about 10 days ago.

I've noticed a slight reduction in my gyno lumps but they are still there. But I think I've developed some side effects which are more troubling.

These are side effects listing here that I am experiencing.
Tamoxifen (Oral Route) Side Effects - Mayo Clinic

#1) Rattling breath (sometimes when working out it feels like my breath is trembling)
#2) Tiredness or fatigue. I am feeling like I can't seem to wake up. I feel like I'm half asleep throughout the day.
#3) Possibly blurred vision but can't tell if that's due to the tiredness.

Just feel tired and that I can't wake up. Should I maybe lower it to 20mg?

The Aromasin didn't cause anything like this and I ran it for 6+ weeks before adding Nolva.

Every research study I've looked at has used 20mg of Nolva for gyno, why do we use 40mg? Where did this dosage come from?

Yes. As said by the others, 20mgs is fine and 40mgs is only used to frontload. 20mgs is the actual working dose. Front loading it during pct gets it built up in your system quicker than it would just starting with 20mgs. Not unlike how many antibiotics are prescribed. Good luck and keep us posted.

My source seems legit with a good reputation on eroids but you never know.
