Questions regarding PCT on my second cycle.. Recommendations/advice wanted. thx!

I had a few questions regarding my PCT that I will be implementing on this cycle. This is my second cycle. My long time friend who is well versed in all of this, person trainer and ex body builder coach me through all this. I had to put off this cycle for a bit but now that I am ready to go, I haven't been able to get a hold of him and forgot the PCT recommendations. So just in case I am not able to get a hold of him, I wanted to see what others had to say.

The cycle is as follows-

250mg test/100mg tren blend at 0.7 cc's three times a week mon/wed/fri

3 weeks of dbol starting on third week at 25mg a day


My post cycle supps-

20x 40mg novas and 28x 50mg clomids

I'm thinking 40/40/20/20(novas) and not sure on the clomid, maybe 100/50/25/25

Any recommendations on this pct would be appretiated and when to start 2 or 3 weeks after last inject?

Also I believe taking arimidex is a good idea. Any recommendation on when to take it during this cycle?

I didnt need much on my first cycle which was 250 test (2x week) and Dbol 25mg

I didnt need much PCT first time around. Body just naturally bounced back but will obviouslly need a solid PCT for this cycle.
