Nipple pain - years off cycle

Been several years since last "proper" cycle (>5)
Have used anavar (finished around 18months ago)

Recently, I've had pain / lump behind one nipple - similar to start of gyno

Would taking nolvadex help this? If so, what dose?

I would get some blood work done first,,,,and then treat it from there if you can.

Don't just assume it's gyno. Don't self treat it as gyno either. It could be something very serious, so get a Dr to check it out. I don't mean to alarm you, but get it fixed. It could be something a simple as a hair follicle. I had one dead center of my nipple months ago that had me very worried. Turned out to be a clogged pore.
