You don't have to tell them about steroid use. Don't do that. It's beneficial for you if you need to donate. It's beneficial to others if you don't need to. If you're ok with doing it, you literally are saving a life.

No problem. But what ideas getting at is that donating is a good thing to do. And your hemocrit could get high well into the blast, so keep a check on it. And if you donate, know that your blood may need to be used to save a life!

I will put in that it depends on where you donate and what they are accepting donations for.

Most places just filter and keep plasma. In North America not a big deal. Overseas a big deal. Overseas they keep blood as blood and use. Their testing is much stricter than USA due to not filtering blood cells. Just an FYI.

as a general rule...never tell people if you are a steroid user, chicken head, or crackhead. The answer is obvious to everyone anyway.

At the donation centers I go to their questionnaire asks if you do AS. I just mark no. I do not see where the little excess that is in my blood will be a problem. They are not against people that are on TRT.
they just want to avoid people that share needles, or have unclean injection procedures.

Donating when natty has health benefits. Unless you're anemic, no reason why you shouldn't donate.
