    low or high e2?

hey all. Im running Test E alone at 500mg split twice a week. at week 4 now. Ive been taking Arimidex 0.25 mg eod, and I've noticed some significant changes.

    1) my erections have not been as strong. I still get them they just aren't as solid as before
    2) very irritable having brain fog in the gym
    3) getting hot flashes and sweating. this never happens to me, I usually hardly sweat when I workout even when doing intense cardio, but now Im dripping sweat while doing great belt flies.

I have no nipple soreness at all.

so Im thinking. my E2 is either too high or too low, since the symptoms of both are relatively similar to each other. I know the best thing to do is get bloodwork done, which I will once the docs office opens on Monday. Just wondering what you all think the case might be

    cheers

If you're going to get bloodwork done on Monday, don't adjust your AI until afterwards. That way you'll have a true reference as to if you're current dose is working. You could adjust after if you want, but don't do it unto you get the bloodwork drawn. And testosterone is well known to give brain fog. That's a part of it, unfortunately. Good luck and let us know on the bloodwork.

Also, it might be a bit high. I wanted to clear up that I'm saying to wait until after blood is drawn before you adjust the dose for your own personal record to have a reference. The BP isn't alarming, but it could be a sign of elevated e2. Cialis and some fish/krill oil with vitamin e might be enough to correct that reading. I wish my BP was that low, lol

    1) my erections have not been as strong. I still get them they just aren't as solid as before **NORMAL** Your hormones are still ramping up. Changing hormone level can cause this.

    2) very irritable having brain fog in the gym. Most likely 2 parts. A. Not enough Carbs B. Not enough food 15-30 minutes after workout. Every brain fog on Test I ever had was cleared by 3 cups of white rice and 3 L of water.

    3) getting hot flashes and sweating. this never happens to me, I usually hardly sweat when I workout even when doing intense cardio, but now Im dripping sweat while doing great belt flies. Normal Testosterone is a metabolism builder. Some people react to this via sweat. I will go a step further. Since you are too low on carbs most likely it would put you under ketogenic workout principals. You sweat and release water MUCH more in this state. This is a positive you are hydrated. Just up the carbs.
