Thread: First cycle.

    Exclamation First cycle.

    In a few months I start my first cycle.
    Test E 250mg/w for 8 weeks.
    Dbol 20mg/ed for 4 weeks.
    PCT, nolvadex, clomid and HCG, I'm in doubt with the dose of HCG, can u help me?
    Any advice for my cycle and post cycle?

    6'2 and 143lbs there is nothing that steroids will do for you. Except possibly damage your still developing HTPA.

    You need to eat eat eat and then eat some more. Visit the diet section and post your diet section in there.

    Why do you wanna do a cycle?

    To gain muscle, obviusly.
    A year ago I go to the gym, eat a lot of food and I do not grow, my current statistics are 188cm, 65kg, 10% bf.

    Not enough.

    It doesn't matter if you eat 6,000 cals per day and don't gain weight you need more. If you gain anything on aas you will lose it because you don't eat enough.

    You got some good sound advice I suggest you follow it! and hit our diet section and learn how too eat.Buy yourself a food scale and weigh everything you eat you will be surprised at how lil you really do eat.And EVERYONE can put on weight if they eat right.

    Dude , get a foundation and skip the Dbol, you won't know from what you're getting the side effects from. 500mg Test E a week is WAY more than enough for a beginner cycle. You want to be able to pinpoint your problems and Dbol causes a lot of nasty side effects that you won't be ready for.
